Join us for Spirit Voyage's 40 Day Global Sadhana: Honoring the Divine Feminine...the first global sadhana of the Aquarian Age!  In this video, Gurunam Singh and Ramdesh Kaur guide you through the sadhana they have designed to honor the Divine Feminine and uplift women and heal men across the globe (from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan).  For women, this practice will uplift and inspire you, helping you feel your own grace.  For men, it helps release mother phobia (which Yogi Bhajan said attracted "mean women" into your life) and release anger towards women.  For Mother Earth, any kind action you take off the yoga mat, with recycling or planting new life, etc., will honor and help her.

Instructions:

Tune in: Chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times.  (Chanting Aad Guray Nameh, Jugaad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh is optional.)

一開始先調頻: 唱頌三次的 「Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo」(緊接之後也可以選擇繼續唱頌三次的Aad Guray Nameh, Jugaad Guray Nameh, Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh)

 

Pranayama:  The Old Gypsy Way of Calling on the Spirit

調息

 

Raise your arms to 60 degrees.  Fingers are together, thumbs are loose, palms in line with the angle of the arms.  Lean forward slightly from the plane of the body.  Image a flame at your heart center.  Breath long and deep, eyes shut. Continue for 3 minutes.  To end, inhale and hold the breath in.  Send sacredness and healing to Mother Earth.  Exhale.  Inhale again and hold the breath in and bring the blessings of the Divine Mother into your heart.  Exhale.  Inhale again and hold the breath.  Taste the sweetness of life.  Exhale and relax the arms.

唱頌: Bhand Jamee-ai

Interlace your fingers, putting the thumbs together.  Place them at your diaphragm and get a cozy feeling.  Recite the shabad "Bhand Jamee-ai" 11 times.  (It is recommended to cover your head.)

將兩手的四隻手指頭交錯,然後大姆指靠在一起。把手放在橫隔膜的位置並且很舒服的享受這感覺。唱頌11次「Bhand Jamee-ai」

 

Although the recitation is the practice we have chosen for 40 days, we encourage you to surround yourself with this sound current as much as possible.  Play the recitation or musical version of Bhand Jamee-ai on Gurunam Singh's "Honoring the Divine Feminine" in your home, while you sleep, drive, cook, or workout.  Chant aloud or just listen. Make this sacred sound current part of your life.  Also extend this practice out into the world.  If you are a woman, be kind and respectful to yourself for this 40 days.  Don't say unkind words, even silently.  Honoring the Divine Feminine and Mother Earth in many ways, such as donating time to a women's shelter, recycling and planting trees.  If you are  man, bring sacredness into your relationships with women.  Keep only kind thoughts and words about the women in your life and try not to objectify women in the media.  These are only suggestions, as you will find the ways to extend this sadhana out into your life quite naturally.

雖然這唱頌是我們選擇維持40天持續的練習,但我們仍鼓勵你盡可能的去讓自已在這唱頌的聲音裡。當你在睡覺、開車、煮飯或者運動時,都一直播放這唱頌或者是Bhand Jamee-ai的音樂版。你也可以跟著唱頌或者只是聆聽。將這神聖的聲音成為你生活的一部份。同時,也提供這練習到全世界。

如果你是女人,在這40天裡,請對自已好一點並且尊重自已。避免說刻薄的字眼,即使在內心裡也不要說。透過許多的方式來榮耀神聖的女性和大地之母,例如是到女性的收容所(避護中心)奉獻自已的時間,做回收的工作和種樹的活動。

如果你是男人,將這神聖帶入到你和女人的關係中。保持對你在生命中的女人們只有好的想法與語言,然後試著不要在大眾面前反對女人。

這些只是建議~ 你將會找到方式去延續這冥想自然地進入到你的生活。

 

To End:  Sit quietly for a few minutes and honor the Divine Feminine.  Honor women everywhere and the women in your life.  Honor Mother Earth.  You may chant, if you wish, one "Sat Nam" to mark the end of your practice.

尾聲: 安靜的坐著幾分鐘並且榮耀神聖的女性能量。榮耀每一地方的女人和在你生命中的女人。榮耀大地之母。如果你願意的話,也可以唱頌一次「Sat Nam」做為這練習的結束。
