給女人去面對一天的五個訣竅

 

1、要成為美麗、苗條和充滿能量,女人必須每天很有活力的運動直到額頭有汗水出來。 (在女性更年期時,這一點是必要的)

2、在早晨要進食前運動是極好的方式。然後在晚餐後走路或者做和緩的運動。

3、為了保持女人的腺體系統協調,每天應該要延伸(伸直)手肘 2~3次。 要如何延展(伸直)你的手肘呢? 當你的姿適是做對的時候,你將會感到沿著肘的背面神經的伸展。

4、伸展生命神經 (Life nerve stretch) : 每天做。坐著並將雙腳往前伸直。將上身往前彎並伸雙手到腳指,讓你的鼻子是在雙膝之間。 你的雙肘碰到地板。 只要女人維持這姿勢的標準,就將會保持年輕。當你年紀增長時,第三脊椎骨會萎縮。這個運動伸展在第三脊椎骨的脊椎,可保持你的彈性和強壯。

5、女人應該一天二次的11分鐘小睡。

5 Tips for Women for Facing the Day

 

  • To be beautiful, slim and full of energy, women must vigorously exercise each day until there is sweat on the brow. (This is imperative during menopause! )
  • It is an excellent idea to exercise before you eat anything in the morning and to take a walk or gentle exercise after dinner each evening.
  • A woman should stretch her elbows 2-3 times a day in order to keep her glandular system in tune. How do you stretch your elbows? You’ll feel a stretch of the nerve (along the back of the elbow) if you do it right.
  • Life nerve stretch—daily—sit down with your legs extended. Reach for your toes and bend forward with straight legs, bringing your nose between your knees; your elbows should touch the floor. As long as a woman maintains this standard of the pose, she will stay young. As you get older the third vertebra shrinks; this exercise stretches the spine at the third vertebra keeping you flexible and strong.
  • A woman should nap 11 minutes—twice a day.
